Home Care

Everyday care that lets you stay where you belong — home

From a helping hand with daily tasks to skilled community nursing, AMIX Care wraps practical, warm-hearted support around older Australians so they can keep living safely and independently at home.

Support shaped around your life, not the other way around

No two people need the same help. We start by understanding your routines, your health and what matters most to you — then build a flexible plan delivered by carers who are trained, police-checked and genuinely kind. Registered Nurses oversee every plan, so clinical needs are never an afterthought.

  • Registered Nurses involved in every care plan
  • Carers who speak Mandarin, Cantonese and more
  • Transparent pricing — no surprises, ever

Home care — your questions answered

Who is eligible for home care?

Most Australians aged 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) can access government-funded home care through Support at Home. People living with disability may be funded through the NDIS. We can help you check your eligibility and apply.

How quickly can care start?

Privately funded care can often begin within days. If you are waiting on government funding, we can start support privately and transition once your funding is approved.

Can I choose carers who speak my language?

Yes. We match you with carers who speak your language and understand your culture — including Mandarin and Cantonese — wherever possible.

Will the same carer visit each time?

We aim for continuity so you build trust with familiar faces, supported by a small, consistent care team and Registered Nurse oversight.
